in God’s Time…

recently done reading “The Timekeeper” by Mitch Albom. I would like to recommend this book, you can finish reading in one sitting… then, after reading, you would wish you, like the characters in the book, could turn back time for just one moment, so you can undo whatever you did to make things right…

The TimeKeeper

but sorry to say,, it is not possible.

TIME personified, it is often that old man with a scythe and an hourglass, but to me, TIME is THE authority, he is THE boss, he never stops for anyone, no matter who you are, what you are, and how you are doing..

it is now the season of advent, it also signals that the year is almost over..

time whisked by just like that… we put up our Christmas decors and, time unnoticed, we soon take them down.. time flies so quickly, it is always, move on, move on, move on…

sometimes it is hard to keep up, sometimes, there’s plenty of it, depends on how you perceive your existence, like what matters to you. if you are the one in a hurry to achieve your goals, then probably you will be chasing time, asking for some more, begging for it to pause a little, or maybe you just let the days pass and leave your fate unto Him, that is when you feel everything happens at the right time, whether you planned for it or not, because God says so, and then, i think, that is when TIME is being respected.

in other words, as long as i surrender everything to the Almighty, by studying His words and abiding by His rules, there will be no need to blame the lack of time, or too much of it.  all i have to say is…  “all in God’s time, it is well with my soul”…

Happy Holidays to all. 🙂

But I trust in you, Lord; I say, “You are my God. My times are in your hands;
deliver me from the hands of my enemies, from those who pursue me.” PSALM 31:14-15
